You can exchange the goods purchased on the website within fourteen days from the moment of purchase, excluding the day of purchase. If for some reason the product did not suit you, just contact our sales department at the numbers listed on this website. We draw your attention to the mandatory conditions for exchange:

• preservation of the product appearance;
• preservation of consumer properties of the product;
• the presence of a settlement document that proves the purchase of the goods from us.

If at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, you can:

• purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost;
• terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned goods;
• exchange the product for a similar one later (we will inform you about the availability of the product on the day it goes on sale).

The services of postal operators who deliver goods of appropriate quality for the purpose of exchange are paid by the buyer who wishes to exchange the goods for a similar one or to purchase a new one.

Return

You can return the purchased product within fourteen days from the moment of purchase, not counting the day of purchase, and receive funds in the amount of the paid value of the product at the time of its purchase. Mandatory conditions for returning goods:

• preservation of the product appearance;
• preservation of consumer properties of the product;
• the presence of a settlement document that proves the purchase of the goods from us.
