We draw the wire.

Wire from SAE 1006/1008 grades steel is threaded on the drawing machines. We form the diameters from 1.45 mm to 3 mm. We ensure high precision up to 0.1 mm due to our own WireDiam technology.

We coat with zink or PVC.

Hot zink applied by MetalProtect12 technology creates anti-corrosion protection that is up to 3 times better than after galvanizing. And quality PVC and VynilWire technology will extend the operation period for up to 15 years.

We bind and roll.

We roll the wire on the special machines into Rabitz Wire with the cells of reference sizes. Each roll has a length of 10 lm and a height from 1 m to 2 m, which is convenient for transportation and mounting.

WireDiam

Steel wire 6.5 mm is drawn on the modern line. Gradually going through the matrix of lesser and lesser sizes, it takes the diameters from 1.6 mm to 3 mm. The technology allows keeping the physical and chemical properties of steel and get a quality base for future chain link mesh.

MetalProtect12

Due to hot zink, steel gets the additional protection from corrosion. Coating with zink layer is performed at a temperature of 450 °C. The technologies ensure high inter-adhesion of metals. And it allows steel wire to become significantly more moisture-resistant and not rust.

VinylWire

Wire goes through a vessel with polyvinyl chloride heated up to 320 °C. Thermoplastic polymer coats the steel, creating a layer resistant to chemical and atmospheric influence. Such coating does not crack and gives the future chain link mesh modern appearance, extending its service period for up to 15 years.
