Step by step.

For creation of quality fence.

We manufacture the wire.

We thread wire from SAE 1006/1008 steel with a diameter of 6.5 mm. To the diameters from 2.7 mm for 3D sections to 6 mm for 2D (Duos) sections. Incredible precision of WireDiam technology.

We protect with zink.

We protect wire with a layer of hot zink up to 80g/m². MetalProtect12 technology ensures better adhesion and up to 250% more thickness of coating in comparison with galvanizing.

We cut and weld.

Automatized modern line cuts wire to rods of the needed length. Welding is performed at a temperature of 1,400 °C. It ensures durable connection and spatial rigidity of the fence.

We paint.

The section is degreased in alkaline solution and dried. We cover with polyester paint PolyDye360° and polymerize. Reliable protection and aesthetic view for years.

WireDiam

We obtain black wire from SAE 1006/1008 grades steel. Modern line threads it to a diameter of 2.7-6 mm with an accuracy of 1 µm. The thickness of wire gradually thins. It allows saving a strong structure of metal and avoid the appearance of microcracks.

MetalProtect12

Hot zink at a temperature of 450 °C covers metal. It guarantees a layer thickness three times more in comparison with a classic galvanizing covering technology. 80g/m² of zink reliably protects the steel wire from corrosion for up to 12 years.

PolyDye360°

Duly prepared wire is covered with the polyester paint. The paint evenly coats the electrified metal with a layer of up to 120 µm. Formation of solid structure occurs in a polymerizing cabin at a temperature of up to 200 °C. Reference protection and gloss.
